Quiz night counts teams, concerts count seats, and on derby day everyone wants to be in front of the screen. And they all ask beforehand.

The pub opens. Sign-ups for Tuesday's pub quiz came in overnight, and ROSI keeps count of the places.

You set up Saturday's match as an event. ROSI knows the kick-off time and books a caller six seats in front of the screen.

The band is doing its soundcheck. An office group asks on WhatsApp for 15 seats tonight, and ROSI puts tables together and confirms.
22:10
Every seat taken. A guest calls in English and asks whether the kitchen is still open. ROSI answers him in English.

Closing time. ROSI answers the enquiry for St. Patrick's Day the same night.

In the Irish pub ROSI can greet in English, in the corner pub rather with a short "So, what'll it be?". You decide voice, greeting and language.
