Behind ROSI are the brothers Tobias and Simon Zilker. They built ROSI to give restaurateurs their time back: fewer interruptions during service, more time to be a host again, fully and completely.
Founders
Tobias Zilker
Tobias gained his first hospitality experience at Augustiner an der Frauenkirche in Munich. He then completed a dual study programme at the head office of McDonald's Germany.
After his master's in data analytics, he advised restaurant chains on how to use their data to make better decisions. That knowledge is built into ROSI today.

Founders
Simon Zilker
Simon also started out at Augustiner an der Frauenkirche, in the same Wirtshaus as his brother. Both have always had an affinity for digital solutions.
Simon studied software engineering at the Technical University of Munich.

Founder’s Associate
Mark Bot
Mark studied management and computer engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Before ROSI he was a founder's associate at a solar energy start-up and worked in finance at Amazon and Deloitte. He knows hospitality from his family.

This is where both worked their first shifts in hospitality.
Together they organise the non-profit Kulturfestival Gräfelfing.
Bar, kitchen, front of house, shift planning and process consulting for restaurants and restaurant chains.
