Your guests book with ROSI, your team works at the POS. So nobody enters anything twice, ROSI is live-connected to the Hypersoft POS system. On top of that come partners for POS, ordering, online menu and planning.

POS systems
ROSI and your Hypersoft POS
ROSI has a live connection to the Hypersoft POS system. The two sync continuously so your team never enters anything twice.
Reservations land in the POS: When a guest books with ROSI, the reservation automatically appears in Hypersoft too. A new time, more people, a different table or a cancellation carry over the same way.
What happens at the POS, ROSI sees: If your team marks a guest as arrived or as a no-show in Hypersoft, or cancels them there, ROSI takes that over. Reservations you create in Hypersoft also appear in ROSI.
Occupied tables are occupied everywhere: Walk-in guests your team seats at a table, and confirmed events, block their tables in the POS too.
You don't start from scratch: ROSI takes over tables, areas and your guests from Hypersoft during setup. Changes to guest data in Hypersoft are synced by ROSI every day.
Keeps running even when something gets stuck: If a transfer doesn't arrive right away, ROSI automatically tries again. On top of that, ROSI syncs with the POS every few minutes.

Which systems does ROSI work with?
ROSI has a live connection to the Hypersoft POS system: reservations, occupied tables and guest data sync between ROSI and the POS. ROSI's partners also include ecos, Menoovo and sell & pick. For any other system: tell us what you work with, and we'll find a way.
Do I need a POS system to use ROSI?
No. ROSI comes with its own reservation book, table plan and guest database. The POS integration is an extra for businesses that work with Hypersoft.
Does my team have to enter reservations twice?
Not with Hypersoft. Whatever is booked, changed or cancelled with ROSI also appears in the POS. Whatever your team changes in Hypersoft, ROSI takes over.
