ROSI for Wirtshäuser
The dining room is full, the regulars' table is seated, a christening is being celebrated in the side room. ROSI answers the phone so you can stay with your guests.
You know the feeling
- It rings when every hand is full
Sunday lunchtime, the dining room is buzzing, the roast pork has to go out. Whoever calls now hears the ringing tone and books somewhere else.
- Celebrations run on scraps of paper
Christening, First Communion, funeral reception, a 60th birthday: numbers and food wishes are in the notepad next to the till or only in your head.
- The kitchen finds out too late
Four pork knuckles and the duck were pre-ordered. At the pass nobody knows until the guest asks for them.
A day with ROSI in the Wirtshaus
An example day, the way it could look at your place.
ROSI sends the kitchen the briefing: six pork knuckles and a whole duck pre-ordered, plus the christening with 25 guests in the side room.
You send ROSI a photo of the daily specials. From now on she mentions the crispy roast pork and the mushroom soup on the phone.
Lunch service, nobody can get to the phone. ROSI takes the calls and books the tables for the weekend.
Thursday is regulars' night. ROSI has scheduled the group like every week, nobody had to block the table by hand.
The kitchen is closed. A guest asks for a table on parish fair Sunday. ROSI reserves for eight and notes two geese as a pre-order.

How ROSI sounds at your place
People talk differently in a Wirtshaus than in a starred restaurant. You set the greeting, dialect and informal or formal address, ROSI sticks to it.
